  Use this form to report the initial number of teams your parish expects to register for our 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U divisions. Make sure to list any known scheduling conflicts (i.e. a coach coaching multiple teams, parish/school event dates, etc.). Registrations submitted after March 25th may be subject to late add fees.
