  Adult Participants looking to attend the ADW the 2025 Jubilee of Youth as a part of the ADW Catholic Youth Organization pilgrimage must complete and submit this form along with their deposit to secure your spot. Registration forms are not considered complete until payment is collected.

  This pilgrimage has a limited number of spaces available. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. After submitting this form you will be contacted by the CYO Office to confirm/finalize your reservation. All confirmed registration fees are non-refundable. If spaces are no longer available your deposit will be refunded and you will be placed on a waitlist.
