Pickleball Registration

Use this form to report the initial number of teams your parish expects to register for our Beginner and Advanced Divisions. Make sure to list any known scheduling conflicts (i.e. a coach coaching multiple teams, parish/school event dates, etc.). Registrations submitted after April 25, 2025, may be subject to late add fees.

Fees Per Team:

• $240 | 11U Coed 
• $240 | 14U Coed 

If your parish has previously reported and needs to make changes to your initial count, please use the add drop form linked below. Changes submitted after April 25, 2025, may be subject to late add/drop fees.
